How Do You Measure Confidence?
I think what we would look at is like a building a benchmark so that you can see progress or you know lack of progress across a number of different areas. We could almost predict a pretty closely predict that our next quarter would be better because that cohort would then have more successful reps in it and then their success would be you know would translate into more wins. So how do you measure confidence? I asked reps I run a separate survey every quarter how confident are you performing your rolehow confident are you selling this product and there are various other questions and sort of benchmark that.
