Spotify's Redesign: What It Means for Users

Sally Kohn: Spotify has had a very consistent interface for its entire lifespan, essentially. But that is now possibly going to change. She says there's more complexity to it than maybe what Spotify is trying to present or that somehow it does reduce the complexity of people's listening patterns. Kohn: People don't seem to like it very much so far; if there's no way to switch these things off, I'm going to be very annoyed.
