People might take the view well is higher animal protein really associated with type 2 diabetes or is that just a proxy here for someone living in unhealthy lifestyle. I think it's really important that we look at consistencies across other cohorts and then also look at consistency with trials and specifically with cohorts. We do see this repeated in other another cohort so in the epic cohort they saw similar associations  and then with the Harvard cohorts here they've also seen benefits of replacing animal protein with plant protein but there could be some residual confounding there.
