Is There a Preface in Philosophy?
Hegel argues against the way that you would usually formulate a preface. Hegel says, you can't fice is inappropriate in philosophy, and yet he writes one anyway. And for derry to that's a sign that philosophy deconstructs itself. The key political act is reading hegel, because it's about how can the impossible happen? That's the, in some way, that's one of the whole points of his philosophy.
