There is a well-established market for renewable energy certificates and I pioneered one of these programs when I was living in Australia many many years ago. We provide that incentive to have renewable energy enter the grid by buying those what are called wrecks so that's how we handle that over time as you point out more and more utilities are going to be going 100% renewable energy. That's great but we're not that patient we want to make sure that we're jump-starting the market by financially providing an incentive for more renewables to enter the grid as soon as possible yeah.
