What Should Transit Systems Be Rethinking?

The Bay Area Rapid Transit System, which is the commuter system for San Francisco, has suffered a steep drop in ridership. The systems may attempt to get more tax revenue. BART could use automated trains that don't have an operator and run them every five minutes throughout the day.
