How Spotify Reimagines the Value of Insurance

Unica Insurance is a 200 year old insurance company. It used to be about a community of risk sharing, covering one another at times when things are hard. A manager in their Hungarian organization called Christian Kertisch noticed that for him insurance wasn't what it once was. He asked his managers if he could reimagine the value proposition of insurance as an online platform and monthly subscription. And over many months, many conversations, he builds support so that he gets in front of the management board and CEO.
