In your book, you liken us to a climber scaling a sheer cliff face with no ropes or harness. This is an argument saying we cannot afford to technologically stagnate. But i feel like theres significant risk to climbing too, right? Ther significant risk that comes from a i. Indeed, like a lot of th existential risk scholars like a i is one of the top risks they worry about. That's more what it seems like to me.
