Is Platoon Aged Great?

I don't know if Platoon has aged great. I rewatched it recently. There are some things that are very, very heavy handed about it. And then there are some things about it that are fucking incredible still. The performances I think uniformly are pretty amazing. Beringer and Defoe are just like just absolutely like Titanic performances in this. Charlie Sheens is like pretty good. You know, he definitely does his job.
