Tory Transport Secretary Patrick McLaughlin obtained impressive sums for rail investment from the Treasury. Now, Lord McLaughlin is trying to squeeze more money out of them for his patch. We need more trains because we actually don't have enough rolling stock, railway carriages for the amount of passengers that want to use them.
