David Frum: I continue to underestimate Donald Trump's depravity. He says he was surprised how serious the documents he purloined really are. What Trump stands for is that people are fundamentally selfish, and institutions while faltering are worthy of our respect,. And so we not only have a political war, but we have a cultural war between the forces of some sort of moral vision and not the forces of nihilism.
