Remorse and Guilt
As we are reliving past, unholed some actions and they come for all of us. We've all done things that have not been so skillful at times. It's very important to distinguish between the feeling of remorse and guilt. Guilt is just a strengthening of the sense of self in a negative way. The Buddha talked about four ways practice meditation unfolds. He said, for some people, it's slow and painful,. For some people, it's quick and painful. And for somePeople, it’s slow and pleasant. I think most of us are in the first two, maybe some are in the third, very few are in the fourth.
