What's Your Severance Program?

The easiest way to handle that one is if you honor the severance program of one organization or the other. It's not the merger that's driving what their severance is. My recommendation for ease is to use whatever you have. Those were really easy to communicate because we could say they're going to get our standard severance. We're going to treat them like we always would.
