I think it's going to take a little while for the sellers to realize that the prices are down now. And, and how much of your businesses are being be as opposed to long term rentals. We have 13 Airbnb cabins. The hotel, which is 20, then we have the six unit, the apartment complex,. I still have, we paid off in two years, I think. But that's in Daytona like I would think Airbnb would be hot like in the summer months or in spring break, you know, because it's not allowed.
