I think the game's about to change a lot for, you know, smaller scale developers. I helped him with the structure and all of this to say that really it was the same structure that we use, just overlaid onto a single home project. And in this case, he wasn't doing a flip. He was going to kind of not knock it down, but do kind of a deep renovation,. almost like a value add type of project. These are lower cost solutions designed to provide investors with exposure to broad range of markets and asset classes.
