How to Play an Office Space Short?
The hardest thing in real estate is like you can't really short it. That's that's the biggest problem. When shorting is very difficult, it makes markets people can only go long. So when you introduce real estate derivatives of sorts, I think that can help sort of meter some real estate price behavior. But one of the things we were talking about was transaction costs and what does that look like even in a modern world of gig economy.
