We generate about 320 to 350, what I call net leads a month. Inside of our funnel, we expect to make contact, same day contact or live answer with those people around 90%. 65% of those people we expect to get an appointment with. And then we look to achieve minimum of 25% contract at appointment, we do all in-person appointments. So that generally nets when you go through that funnel or to net us from net lead to contracts, about 10%. Our goal is to write about 40 contracts a month on clothes 32 to 35 of those. First time investor buys the most inventory and they pay the most. That's called a dink, dual income, no kids
