The Supreme Court - The First Supreme Court Justice

By the late 19 sixties, any doubts they'd had about judicial supremacy were pretty much gone. Liberals, suprin sceptical f the court from the nudeal period are changing. Plus, there was now a black supreme court justice, the first ever. So for the first time in american history, there was consensus across the board that the supreme court should have the final say over the constitution. And the debate shifts from who has final interpretive authority to how the constitution should be interpreted.
