I just wrote a good spec, wrote a good protocol, and I just did it that way from the beginning. There's features that are coming that I'm very excited about and ways that already inscriptions already materially improve on ERC 7.21 NFTs. They have native support for a whole bunch of formats. Even if you're viewing an HTML inscription in your browser, you can be confident that it's not requesting random resources from the rest of the web. It really is self-contained and what you're seeing is really what's in the transaction.
