The Great Harvest Bread Company

The great harvest bread company has recently opened up a franchise in town. Ed got his MBA in 1987 and moved to Chicago, where he was a currency trader. The store is spare so you won't think there's any salesmanship going on. Instead, there are teddy bears and children's books for the kids who hang around. If you ask them to slice the bread in the store, they look at you compassionately as one who has not yet risen to the higher realm of bread consciousness.
