Are You Taking People With You?

I take a lot of my time to talk about, first about the why i would like people to do things. I think here i got more mature as a person to understand that everything starts and ends with people. They are by far the highest value we have in our company. So never forget to take people with you. What something you do now ar to take people you that maybe wouldn't have occur to you? Just sort of like recommending an esteemed colleague for promotion or something. You that you cannot bring folks along, but what i also think is important that i offer people always the opportunity to crow to develop people by cross team mobility.
