The Importance of Diversity in Teams
A lot of organizations appreciate the importance of things like empathy. Research shows that Wonder assists in communication from people who are lower in the organization up through management. When we see our in-group is bigger than just people like ourselves, we're more likely to help them feel truly included. It's one thing to hire for diversity, but to actually get inclusion is very difficult.
