What Happened With the Trailers?

Troy: I don't actually know about there being another lawsuit. The last one was good Troy. It was to do with the someone who actually wrote it or something. There was, there was a disagreement about who, who wrote it because it wasn't written by what's the name that said he did. But he, he signed a contract saying that he could take credit for it. He crossed my bet anyway. So yeah, in this case. What happened with the lawsuit? Yeah. A judge, like the, the basis of the defense is that trailers are as much filmmaking as films and so why would it not be covered under free speech? Plus obviously it's a creative endeavor
