Nick Gillespie: One of the things that, you know, happens in business is such a good one, Nick. It's a part slow. Slow this one down. So many people make slow. And I think this is true both for your employees leaving, but it's also true for turn. Like when people are turning treated well on the way out, assume that they're making a decision that makes sense for their business. You just don't want to burn these bridges or like we've all got a positive example where I'm linking our companies together and saying "I'll show you."
