New Year's Resolution - Better Posture

Posture is hard because to have good posture kind of hurts. I think my New Year's resolution for 2024 or maybe 25 will be better posture. This year is taking cause I'm trying to watch more Instagram reels, but 2020 posture. The opposite of what you should be doing. Your goal is to use social media more and to have worse posture.
