Coach Reed has two master’s degrees—in sports psychology and early childhood development—and thirty years of professional coaching experience,  His philosophy is human performance is a distinctly individual phenomenon based on the skills, tactics, values, and beliefs of each person and our role as coaches/leaders is to help create the environments and provide the tools people need to raise and chase their own excellence. Excellence can be achieved every day and I am most passionate about finding out how language, learning, and leadership can impact a person’s ability to achieve everyday excellence.
