The Stochastic Dominance Relationship Between a and B
The table on the left shows you how good in total the outcome will be if you do nothing if you choose A if you choose B. The table on the right shows you how much difference you make compared to the do nothing option for both scenarios. In terms of the difference the agent themselves makes, A is completely safe. They definitely get to make 10 units of difference whereas B is risky. It's sort of either almost nothing or loads.
