The Importance of Intention in the Case of Gay Marriage

I don't think any American should be discriminated against by any business because of their race, gender, sexual orientation. But you can deny the creation of speech that you disagree with. That's protected in our constitution. You may not like it but it is protected. I think we should all celebrate that we live in a country that the government can't tell us something we have to say or create.
