The Complexity Slider on Decision-Making

There are qualities that help in making decisions versus qualities that maybe are less generally helpful but I think a key thing is the the reason decision-making comes so problematic is is about the rush to do something anything. There's no problem that fits within this rubric as a complex strategic decision-making that doesn't benefit from sometimes spent examining the frame that we're looking at through and yet that almost never happens.
