Is There Any Concern About the Qatari Bid?

There is concern about the potential Qatari involvement at Manchester United. I think there's a feeling that they want an ownership that can compete with the two, if you like, Middle Eastern states that we've already got in this league,. Saudi Arabia and Newcastle and Abu Dhabi at Manchester City. We need clear direction around what actually is the criteria for an owner to come into this country because no one knows the criteria. The Premier League has stuck in respect of a lot of their governance because they've got 20 different owners, with 20 different mindsets, with vested interest and self-interest.
