venita: In a sense, you're describing different categories of costs required to bring a novel diagnostic to market. So there are development costs, distribution costs and reimbursement costs. But i think the development cost of the platform and subsidizing that platform build seems like no brain or for farma to do. A live on top of that, those are probably hand in hand.
