The best way to start is to Take inventory on the few times or the many times in your life where you have felt intuition for something whether good or bad and acted upon that Remember the feeling and remember how it compelled you to respond. Another thing could be if you have Ever felt this intuition and gone against your intuition where you always think oh, I can't I feel I have to do it No, no, no, and then you shut it down. Write those down too. Just sit down and really start to think when has intuition worked in my favor.
