Analytics really got started because of the regulatory environment of banking. Now, fintek is operationalizing things like automated chat bot that will handle tiar one, tir two and possibly ter three help desk inquiries. All o those types of things are likely to spread to other industries. So i think fintech will be spreading to lots of other industries.
