Don't Sell Yourself That Blue Pants

The more clutter you have, the lower your psychological well-being and life satisfaction. Don't go out and buy a box, container box, sort and put it in order and ask yourself, do you need this? Bring a good friend who will not let you make excuses about getting rid of stuff. And then ask yourself,Do we need to do it? It's tiring. As we said, it could be an emotional trigger. But we know that the more clutter leads to more depression, more mood disorders.
