The Importance of Objects in Organizational Design
Chewy has a couple of products, they're called an items. What I work on right now is understanding how what they call delivery experience is the order object. So you could have zero to many packages in one order. And there's lots of different sub items underneath that like there's like RX items, which are very different than say like a food item. They have a lot of commonalities but also have connections to like your pet profile can be connected to the RX items that they need to keep the pet nice and healthy.
