The Implications of Exercise for Parkinson's Disease

Exercise had like the strongest implications for Parkinson's, which makes sense with the dopamine system that's happening there. When we think about people living with dementia who have moderate or severe dementia, so I'm thinking about Alzheimer's, not early stage. For some of my clients, especially with mild dementia or early stage Alzheimer's, they might still go to the gym. They might have their normal workout routine. So it can really vary on stage and what were their previously enjoyed occupations.
