How to Avoid Distraction in the Morning

"I don't just play defense, I play offense by usually working on my highlight first thing in the morning," he says. "It's important that I make coffee and have something to drink and have a few minutes to look out the window before I grab my phone or open up my computer" He also makes sure to schedule in time for his meals because if he waits too long it can be hard to come back from distraction.
