I think you make a very good point about in terms of motivation, this sense of knowing is not necessarily what feels all right at the time, but how you're going to feel about afterwards. And certainly if we go back to the running, you know, not every run is a good sometimes I'm in the middle of it and I'm thinking this is good. Oh, I'm quite surprised. Sometimes I think this is really hard today. Like my legs feel like I am dragging tree trunks behind me. This is really hard. But I do, I do always feel better afterwards,. whereas you're right, the Netflix thing, or eating an entire bag of donuts, like
