We look at em as a sort of cohorts, or or however you want to call it grouping. So we have somebody in charge of data science, for sure, but then people are matrixed out. We create this community of practice. And there is a value for them to get together and argue out different problems try to visit with each team every week. It drives me nuts because they all want to meet it exactly the same time.
