"I have this idea that I'm going to hold my nearly year old child up to livestock of various sizes and shapes," she says. "And there's going to be a photo of this and I'll treasure it forever." She adds: "She will probably do herself somewhere between entering the front gate and me getting in line to buy barbecue" The mother-of-two was also emcee for her parish festival, which included carnival games and bingo.
