The Definition of Health and Safety in the Workplace

The definition of health was supposed to encompass both physical and mental, but I guess people didn't really interpret it that way. So maybe we'll revert back to that at some point, the general definition of health. Think about psychophysics being part of safety. That may mean moving where it sits as a portfolio,. But, but sometimes that structural change needs to happen. Professional development might need to go along with that.
