The End of the Sixties
i'm reminded here of hunter thompson's line in fear and loathing in los vegas. And i think maybe the end of the sixties also, perhaps marks the point in time where the of accelerating pace of future shock starts to get to the point where it stops being fun for a lot of people. So, you know, to look back at it as a certain kond of high point, i think, is not, is not totally unreasonable.
