Daon: Do not position yourself as the hero in the story. Your customer is the hero. You are the guide. If you do that one thing, it's going to change everything for your business. When we position ourselves as the guide, we become the person every customer is looking for. And so few companies are doing it. This is really powerful. It means that we need to position our company like c in the james bons. So they come to us and we lay out our products and services,. And we say what are you trying to do? And we say let me find a weapon for you; go kill the guy who killed his wife. That's the message
