No one likes meetings, but we have got that sometimes we had to have them. So how do we tidy those up? How can we figure out when we absolutely need to have a meeting? When you get invited to a meeting, i' say you'll first ask for an agenda. If the organizer doesn't have an agenda, that's probably a really bad sign.
