Relax and Win - The Most Important Thing

Some days, the body's just on. Like it's just on and I can just really go. And other days, I am just tight as all get out and I'm not going to push myself. That's the most important thing because you'll get hurt. When my energy is down, I get up and I go for a sprint. I feel fantastic. So if you can stay relaxed and then take time, take about three months, work yourself into it. Nothing, nothing will drive your energy more than that.
