What good is a free education to a child if that child then has to return to a hotel to live in where they can't even do their study or have a quality of life? Hundreds of thousands of children live with their families in the private rental sector. Their families live in a state of not knowing, is the child going to be still here in two two months time? Three months time, six months time. There's no stability. They can't create community.
