The Imagination Is a Way of Playing Up

i like that notion of the imagine, that the imagination is a way of kind of rehearsing, playing up. You don't go into the solo without ever having done a solo before. It would be really artificial to have a tabula rosa. There's a fine line between practising soloing and practising your solo. Iuve effectively pre planned the thing. But i think when it works out like that, often i don't remember what i play. And right afterwards, i prolly wouldt remembered,. because it was like that whole part of my brain was off and just focusing on this thing in the moment.
