Molly Maloof: What would you say has made the biggest change to your sleep game or maybe the biggest, aha moment in managing your sleep? Dr. Molly: I realized that when you are tired, you're drunk, you're basically equivalent of being drunk. And so like you should never drive a car if you're tired or if you're under the influence of alcohol. Not sleeping is really detrimental to hell. Like shift work is a carcinogen. You don't have to sacrifice sleep for work. So it's not like you're treating one thing for another but augmenting your results.
