I was starting to feel some pains in my neck and they weren't going away. So I started thinking about what types of activity could I do that would maybe help strengthen my muscles but also be less likely to cause me any further injuries. And I settled on yoga because it's not a high impact activity and Can be done at home Which was a big thing for me. It has been the longest sustained exercise that I have ever accomplished in my life Wow, it's you know, I'm doing programs and the programs last from like 15 to 30 minutes every day depending on what you're doing each day.
