The Importance of Trust in Software Development

How do you create that environment where people are willing to take a bit of a risk and aren't trying to get everything perfect for the first release? It is hard. And especially other departments who are used to having, you know, especially when you're not used to IT, you buy Microsoft Word, it comes in a box that works. One of the key things you have in labs is all our data is exposed. We don't hide it. We have dashboards, we share everything. So it's only been hidden. And you have to build, you just have to build a layer of trust.
